First of all, the communication before our arrival was outstanding: we received clear and friendly answers to all our questions, our documents were confirmed as valid for car rental in Greece, and there were no prepayments or deposits required — just trust and a written agreement, which was honored in full. The car was delivered right to the airport, and the team even tracked our flight to make sure they met us right after landing. When we decided to extend our trip on Crete by another week, they happily extended our rental with the same car — no hassle at all. But what truly made the experience special was the people. Mr. Manolis is an incredibly warm and kind person — he saw us off at the airport with his son and greeted us in our own language, which was truly touching. Rent a car on every single holiday, I was very impressed by this company! So easy going, I wanted a certain car (new mini) it wasn’t available until a day later than my requested date but they were more than happy to drop another car off for one day at my hotel until next day where again they brought the car to me the original car I wanted. Very honest company, I had left a bag in the first car which I didn’t realise until couple days after the company had kept the bag safe and returned to me! First class service! Thank you!
